CAPE TOWN - The High Court IN Johannesburg has ruled that apartheid is a crime against humanity and there is no statute of limitations on prosecuting such crimes.

The case involved Tlhomedi Ephraim Mfalapitsa and Christian Siebert Rorich's criminal trial.
They are accused of murder and kidnapping as crimes against humanity, and apartheid.
