PRETORIA - SA's water crisis is getting better after years of infrastructure neglect and municipal distress.
This is according to deputy president Paul Mashatile.

Racial tensions, triggered by economic access in areas surrounding the Hartbeespoort Dam came to a head yesterday.
Water and Sanitation Deputy Minister, David Mahlobo spent the day there engaging with community members.
