Discussion | Discovery study links exercise to low cancer progression

JOHANNESBURG - Get off the couch and get moving.

Discovery Vitality research has linked regular exercise to lower likelihood of cancer progression.

And, it's not just sweating it out in the gym, but even low-level activity has benefits.

The study was conducted in partnership with Wits University and the University of Ontario.
