DENVER, UNITED STATES - Mop-up operations continue in the United Arab Emirates. 

The county experienced its heaviest rainfall in 75 years – causing buildings to be submerged and roads turned into rivers.

Questions about what may have caused the floods have been raised.  

Physical geographer, Professor Roelof Burger from North West University, says cloud seeding was not the cause.
