PRETORIA - How do we strike a balance between conservation and industrialisation? Government says it's committed to ending plastic pollution in South Africa but the plastics industry has been targeted for growth as part of South Africa's industrial policy.

This will be top of mind at a Intergovernmental Negotiating Committee meeting in Canada later this month.
