PARLIAMENT - Finance Minister Enoch Godongwana is scheduled to return to parliament on 21 May to present a revised national budget after earlier proposals failed to gain coalition support.
A planned tax increase was withdrawn following internal disagreements, forcing Treasury to reconsider its fiscal strategy.
