JOHANNESBURG - Over 125,000 healthcare professionals, including doctors and nurses, have resigned from government posts over the past decade.
The Health Department revealed this number in response to a question from DA MP Michelle Clarke.
The exodus comes as public hospitals and clinics struggle to address the needs of a growing population.
