CAPE TOWN - Deskless workers deserve the same benefits as their office-based counterparts, according to a report from Jem HR.
The report calls on employers to ensure that benefits are accessible to all employees.

Many deskless workers lack access to laptops or the internet, which makes it challenging for them to obtain information about the organisation's benefits.
