CAPE TOWN - Questions are being raised about the rules to impeach retired judges.
It comes after two Judicial Conduct Committee panels made contradictory decisions.
In one case, the JCC decided that KwaZulu-Natal High court judge Anton van Zyl could not be impeached as he was retired.

But, a few months later, the committee recommended a tribunal for former chief justice Mogoeng Mogoeng.
