JOHANNESBURG - Paediatric surgeon Professor Peter Beale was acquitted on all charges yesterday.
The High Court in Johannesburg found the state did not make a case against him.
Beale was facing three counts of murder and two of fraud.
It was related to the deaths of three children he had operated on.
The judge also referred the ruling to the Health Professionals Council of SA.
