JOHANNESBURG - Julius Malema was found guilty of reckless endangerment for discharging a firearm in public.
His sentencing begins in January 2026.
According to legal expert Nthabiseng Dubazana, you could hear Magistrate Twanet Olivier was not satisfied with the manner in which Malema was carrying himself in court.
"The one thing that the court actually relied on was the fact that the accused confessed in discharging the firearm," she said
"The fact is that he already gave that confession under oath in court."
