JOHANNESBURG - Legal experts are rubbishing assertions that the election of the President in the National Assembly can be sabotaged.
On Monday, MK Party President Jacob Zuma stated that they may boycott Parliament.
That's over complaints about the national elections and asking the IEC for a recount.
MK has 58 MPs set to go to the National Assembly.
But Constitutional Law experts say their absence will not result in the stalling of Parliament electing the President.
eNCA Editor Aakash Bramdeo and CASAC's Lawson Naidoo discuss this further.
