CAPE TOWN - A man who calls himself the leader of the Goringhaicona Khoi Khoin Indigenous Traditional Council is back in court, filing fraud charges against developers of the River Club development in Cape Town.
This despite the Western Cape High Court having ruled that the Amazon development must go ahead.
Academic and indigenous knowledge historian, Tauriq Jenkins, claims he was removed fraudulently from his position as High Commissioner of the GKKITC.
