JOHANNESBURG - Deputy President Paul Mashatile is proposing a bold new strategy to tackle the country's crises.
At the heart of his plan is the creation of three war rooms.

They will focus on unemployment, clean governance, hunger and poverty.
Mashatile says these war rooms will bypass red tape, prioritise results, and report directly to the President.
