Discussion | Norris snatches Monaco pole from Leclerc

JOHANNESBURG - McLaren’s Lando Norris beat Ferrari’s Charles Leclerc to pole for the Monaco Grand Prix this afternoon.

Teammate Oscar Piastri qualified third.

Lewis Hamilton was fourth fastest after crashing in practice, but the seven-time world champion was handed a three-place drop for impeding Red Bull’s Max Verstappen.

That moved Verstappen, twice a Monaco winner, up to fourth instead.
