Only 12% of the two-point-four trillion dollars in 2 investment needed by 2030, has been met.

Investments in green sectors in Africa have experienced significant growth in the period 2017 to 2022.
However, the report also said that a substantial gap in climate financing remains, which must be addressed to speed up the growth of these sectors.
