Discussion | OUTA questions return of Kodwa to parliament

JOHANNESBURG - Corruption watchdog Outa is raising its concern about the return of former Sports Minister, Zizi Kodwa to Parliament. 

Kodwa resigned as Minister earlier this month, after being charged with corruption.
