JOHANNESBURG - Terrorism remains a threat to international and domestic stability.

The Financial Intelligence Centre is warning that South Africa is at risk of being used as a hub for terror financing. 

Over the past 10 years, some terrorist groups have solicited support in the country and several terrorist-related activities have been prosecuted.
