JOHANNESBURG - The Human Rights Commission is taking Minister Gayton McKenzie to the Equality Court.
It relates to social media posts containing the "k-word" and xenophobic sentiment.
The commission says it's going on an urgent basis after McKenzie failed to respond to its allegation letter.

The commission is also investigating an incident at a Western Cape school.
And a TikTok video shows a woman using the "k-word" and pressuring her domestic worker to repeat it.
