JOHANNESBURG - The South African Medical Association has highlighted that while doctors in state clinics and hospitals earn more than those in other African countries, they are still underpaid.

Finance Minister Enoch Godongwana has allocated over R15bn to address the staff crisis in healthcare facilities.
