JOHANNESBURG - The SADC mission in the DRC has been terminated.
SADC leaders decided on the weekend at the
Extraordinary Summit of the Heads of State and Government.
Clause 10 of the Communique says the -Summit terminated the Mandate of SAMIDRC and directed the commencement of a phased withdrawal of SAMIDRC troops from the DRC.
