JOHANNESBURG - South Africa is grappling with a severe skills shortage across almost all sectors.

A PwC survey found 45 percent of CEOs in Sub-Saharan Africa and 52 percent globally said a shortage of skilled staff will negatively impact company earnings over the next decade.
