JOHANNESBURG - South Africa's 12th official language is being celebrated this week.
To put the focus on sign language, the Department of Sport, Arts and Culture teamed up with the Pan South African Language Board, and the Gauteng provincial government.
Lisa Combrinck is chief director of the department's National Language Service.
