CAPE TOWN - The education sector will be top of mind today as we await what President Cyril Ramaphosa will be saying in his State of the Nation Address at 7pm.
Thirty years after South Africa transitioned into a democratic dispensation, the education system still seems very unequal.
Many schools in rural areas struggle with lack of necessary facilities such as water, electricity and basic tables and chairs.
So will this be addressed?
