The groups, including the Casual  Workers' Advice Office and the  Simunye Workers' Forum,  highlight concerns over secret negotiations.

Matsoanelo Motomotomo of the Simunye Workers' Forum claims they are discussing compatibility, but the workers will not express their feelings.

They are providing bosses more authority over employees. She believes they are taking them back, with workers having no say.
