Discussion | Zuma barred from running in elections

JOHANNESBURG -The Independent Electoral Commission has hosted a signing ceremony with political parties and independent candidates contesting elections committing to abide by a set of rules to ensure free and fair elections.

On that note, former president Jacob Zuma has been barred from standing in elections in May. 

The electoral commission has said and the MK party is not taking this one lying down and plans to appeal this decision.
