JOHANNESBURG - Tensions boiled over between South Africa and Rwanda this week after the death of South African soldiers in the Democratic Republic of Congo.
The Rwandan government has since denied accusations by the Extraordinary Summit of the Southern African Development Community that it was involved in attacks on SAMIDRC troops and the civilian population in eastern DRC.
