DRC conflict | SADC troops out of Goma and Sake

JOHANNESBURG - South African troops are on their way back home from the Democratic Republic of Congo.

They began withdrawing from bases in Goma and Sake on Tuesday.

It follows SADC's decision to end the mission in March.

Military equipment and specialised army vehicles were seen driving through Rwanda on Tuesday.

They're travelling by road through Rwanda to Tanzania, from where they will be flown to their home countries.

We discuss this with DefenceWeb editor, Ricardo Teixeira.
