EKURHULENI - Ekurhuleni finance MMC, Jongizizwe Dlabathi says the municipality has settled R3.1 billion worth of service invoices.
He says plans to pay off Eskom debt are also in place.
Dlabathi says the City was facing a concerning financial trajectory, due to lack mismanagement.
