ELF-SA wants to take on IEC after elections

JOHANNESBURG - New political party the Economic Liberators Forum South Africa is threatening to take the IEC to court for barring its registration as ELF.

The IEC rejected its application to register as a party last month after the EFF argued that ELF's logo and colours were similar to theirs and would likely confuse voters.

The party will now contest the May elections as ELF-SA.

It is promising South Africans better lives.
