JOHANNESBURG - Eskom may be running out of money to buy diesel to run its open-cycle gas turbines.
The Electricity Minister says the utility has only R4-billion left from its R30-billion diesel budget.
The turbines are meant to stave off higher stages of blackouts.
Energy analyst, Fanele Mondi discussed this with eNCA.
