KZN - Did former police minister Bheki Cele once try lure a senior officer out of the SAPS to protect a friend?
This was one of the allegations from KZN commissioner Nhlanhla Mkhwanazi at the Madlanga Commission last month.
The senior officer Mkhwanazi referred to is Zululand District Commissioner and former Special Task Force head, Jabulani Khumalo.
