EXCLUSIVE | Kgomotso Phahlane speaks on charges

JOHANNESBURG - Former Acting Police Commissioner  Kgomotso Phahlane says he won't apologise for the decisions he made during his tenure.

Phahlane says the decisions he made were in the best interests of SAPS and given another chance, he'd do it all again.

He's facing charges of fraud and corruption related to a 2016 multi-million-rand tender.
