DURBAN - A professor in town and regional planning is urging collaboration with communities in urban planning and responses to climate change.
This after heavy rains have again battered KwaZulu-Natal.
"We need to invest quite a bit into our cities, and do amendements. We must also make sure that we adjust our infrastructure, we need to be putting new infrastructure in some instances", said Professor Magidimisha-Chipungu from UKZN.
