Sunday 24 December 2023 - 08:10am JOHANNESBURG - The National Sea Rescue Institute is urging caution in the water. This after 21 people were rescued after a charter boat ran aground on a reef in Vetchies Beach in Durban. A number of vessels were used in the rescue operation.
