FlySafair keeps its wings, for now

JOHANNESBURG - FlySafair will not be grounded, for now.

It's been given 12 months to comply with airline ownership rights.

The law states that 75 percent of the voting rights be held by South Africans.

FlySafair is 50 percent owned by a trust, but the Air Services Council says owners must be natural persons.

Kirby Gordon, FlySafair's Chief Marketing Officer, has more on this.
