JOHANNESBURG - South Africa is celebrating 70 years of the Freedom Charter on Thursday.
In 1955 the drafters gathered together and dreamt of a non-racial, better future in South Africa.
Some of their declarations that later shaped the constitution - like the right to vote - have been achieved.
But one of the right to water is out of reach for many South Africans even now, 70 years later.
- The Chief Research Specialist from the HSRC, Dr Thembinkosi Twalo discussed this with eNCA.
