JOHANNESBURG - A funeral is being held for Rand Water Executive Teboho Joala.
He was gunned down in front of school pupils at a back-to-school event in January.
His family believes he was a target as gunmen went straight for him.
His bodyguard was also killed and Joburg Chief Whip Sthembiso Zungu was injured.
