GBV epidemic | Marishka Davids laid to rest

JOHANNESBURG - A funeral is being held for Marishka Davids in Bosmont in Johannesburg.

She and her friend Zakkiyah Rayman were doused with petrol and set alight.

Rayman died seven days after the attack, while Davids died on the operating table last Tuesday.

The man allegedly responsible, Mark Harvey, appeared in court in absentia as he is in hospital.
