JOHANNESBURG - Search and rescue workers are racing against the clock to get to dozens of workers trapped in the George building collapse.

Eight fatalities have been reported with the death toll expected to rise.
Rescue efforts continued overnight and into this morning.
Emergency response teams are putting in concrete breakers and additional trucks are on site to remove rubble.
