JOHANNESBURG - Nine South Africans set sail next week with the biggest civilian flotilla to Gaza.
The fleet is made up of over 50 vessels from at least 44 countries.
It will be carrying baby formula, antibiotics, emergency medical supplies and staple foods.
The craft will leave from various ports, with the first leg in Barcelona on Sunday.
The Global Sumud Flotilla will gather in Tunis and set sail together on 4 September.
We discuss this further with Chief of the Mvezo Traditional Council, Mandla Mandela.
