Gold One Mine Strike | Hundreds of miners underground on day 4 of sit-in

JOHANNESBURG - About 500 miners are believed to still be underground at Gold One Mine in Springs.

They're staging a sit-in demanding the reinstatement of 52 of their colleagues and for Amcu to be recognised.

The situation is said to be getting critical.

Officials are also concerned over food and medical supplies which are running short underground.
