JOHANNESBURG - Higher Education Minister Blade Nzimande has unveiled a new funding model to finance the 'missing middle'.
It's aimed at those from families with incomes too high for NSFAS funding, but not enough for university fees.
R3.8-billion has been set aside to help almost half of the students falling in that category.
