Hope is a Verb campaign spreads good news to communities

JOHANNESBURG - A new campaign is underway aimed at shifting the prevailing narrative in the country from gloom and despair to optimism with impact.

Over the past two years, a group of social activists has teamed up to develop the idea of what they have termed “Hope is a Verb”.

The big idea is to find and tell stories of positive efforts by communities, businesses, schools, programmes, and individuals to create a movement for greater change.

Hope that things will change, life will get better and Hope for a better South Africa.
