DURBAN - The KZN Portfolio Committee on Health says there’s about 900 unclaimed bodies,
at government facilities.
It’s calling on members of the public to report missing relatives and do a follow ups.
Some of the cases date as far back as 2017.
KZN NEHAWU Provincial Secretary, Ayanda Zulu urges the Department of Health to fix this as soon as possible because the system is strained.
