Joburg explosion | Lilian Ngoyi street still not rebuilt
JOHANNESBURG - Johannesburg has been talking about some of the issues getting residents hot under the collar.
The bulk supplier Rand Water has warned that reservoirs are running low.

The mayor has called on consumers to save water.
Lilian Ngoyi Street – formerly Bree Street – blew up in a gas explosion about a year and a half ago and it still hasn’t been rebuilt.
The City of Johannesburg says the reconstruction has been delayed by a change in contractors.
