JOHANNESBURG - Just over 100 of the inmates who were released on a special remission programme, are in trouble once again.
The program which was designed to deal with overcrowding, saw 16,000 inmates released.
According to the Justice Minister, some inmates weren't even free for a week before they were rearrested.
