Joburg council | Margaret Arnolds presides over first sitting

JOHANNESBURG - New Johannesburg speaker Margaret Arnolds' first sitting of council will also be the last for the year.

The African Independent Congress Councillor was elected last week.

She will preside over a DA motion to dissolve the council.
