Joburg council | New speaker puts council in 'rebuilding mode'

JOHANNESBURG - Joburg has a new council speaker.

Action SA's Nobuhle Mthembu was elected on Wednesday.

She's promising to revive the city and says the council must move into 'rebuilding mode'.
