JOHANNESBURG - A court has reserved judgment in rapist and murderer Thabo Bester’s challenge of his prison transfer.
Bester approached the court this week, claiming that his detention at Kokstad prison limits his ability to consult with his legal team.
He is being held at the eBongweni Super Maximum Correctional Facility in KwaZulu-Natal.
The Free State High Court says it will make a ruling next week.
